'Together Again Music Video'
I decided to make two Drafts for this project and then one Final Edit. The two Drafts are different in style and colour. I did this so I could have two variations for my audience to chose from in my feedback. Which one they pick determines which video I apply my Final Edits and tweaks on to (Credits and Number Plate Blur.)
Draft One- Colour
Draft One is in colour and is full screen with no aspect ratio. It is filmed and edited with a 20th century style. The video contains no credits at the end yet and the number plates are not blurred out. This is my music video in its simplified form, with only the clips edited together.
Draft Two- 50's Style
Draft Two is edited Black and White, with an aspect ration of 4 3. When researching the 50's TV era, many of the shows were filmed in a square format and colour photography was not invented yet. This video again does not contain the credits of the blurred number plates. This Draft is my favourite so far as it fits the accompanying music better and was my first intention of how I want the final product to look.
Final Edit
This is my Complete Final Edit of my music video 'Together Again'. The video is the same style and order as the second draft, but now includes the final credits and the blurred number plates. This is the edit that I will be uploading to the public on YouTube and TikTok, copyright free.

Director's Commentary Script
To prove my Professional Practice Skills, I designed a Mind Map presenting and explaining the different properties and mindsets you need for a successful project and career. When Beginning this Documentary, I created this mind map to remind me of the different skills I need for a successful grade and film. Although I was working in the comforts of my home with my family, I kept up a professional standard as practice for my future. The flexibility and organisation was crucial to keep me on track for deadlines. As I had no higher figure guiding me, I used initiative and leadership to carry my project and finish it despite the Covid-19 setback. These skills will come with me for when I continue my career or look for employers.
