I decided to start my research off with the production in music videos. Doing this research helped me understand how to make a successful and impactful music video, one that all audiences would enjoy watching.
50's TV and Music Research
I then focused my Research on the 50's Era, as I had planned to make my Music Video have the characteristics of their film products. As I was not confident in knowing about that subject, the research helped me create ideas and understandings of how to edit, film and complete a 50's Music Video correctly.
What Makes People Happy Research
My main focus of research was aimed towards, what makes my Audience smile. Because the main focus is for the Audience to enjoy and smile at my Music Video, I needed to research the categories and properties to include in my project to make that happen. To gather the research I asked people from my family, my friends and my following from 'TikTok' to answer a questionnaire about what makes them happy.
